Gerry Stewart is an ambassador for the Salem Chamber. Gerry has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years, State of California instructor, NEDCO instructor and owner of several difference franchises. His passion is working directly with people and experiencing the joy with them of the American Dream.  He is an active member of his Church and lifetime blood donor.

I am a designated Windermere Relocation Specialist, certified to help
individuals or families relocate across the nation or across the street. I am
experienced and know how to help a purchaser buy a first home, dream
home, retirement home, or anything in between. I’ve done it all.

I co-founded a highly successful California real estate company, was Direc-
tor for the California Association of Realtors, and Director for the 9,000
member San Jose Real Estate Board. I taught college level real estate and
initiated mentor programs for managers and agents. I managed real estate
companies and specialized in executive level productivity enhancement. I
was instrumental in the marketing and design of Keizer’s Inland Shores
project. Recently I was selected to market Salem’s first five-story downtown
condominium development, 295 Church Street Condominiums.

My first love is real estate counseling and sales.  I have helped individuals, families, and corporations with their real estate needs. I empathize with people over the age of fifty and I understand the marketplace and related services.  I know the challenges they face.

I am a proud Senior Ambassador for the Salem Chamber of Commerce. I am a former NEDCO (Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation) instructor. I am an active member of West Salem’s Foursquare Church and had a leadership role for domestic and foreign mission work. I frequently volunteer for community service. I am also proud to be a Lifetime Blood Donor.

I listen to my clients needs and focus on their total satisfaction. I’m committed to excellent service and limit my client load to ensure best results. I learned very early in my real estate career that outstanding service is the key to client satisfaction.
